The beautiful “Jewel” is a massive restaurant that can seat 240. There’s a bi-level main dining room and a private chef’s table room. An expansive marble bar and lounge features a glass floor with blue lights. Beyond the lounge is a formal dining room. The open kitchen can be seen from almost every angle. And let’s not forget the cigar and cognac room with a patio. Executive chef Tom Schaudel and co-chef Michael Ross created the menu of New American dishes and a wine list of 300 bottles (Long Island wines). Tom describes Jewel as “Vegas in terms of the building, but very much a Long Island restaurant, on Long Island, for Long Island, by Long Island.”
