Is he glad his dream finally came true? ABSOLUTELY!

Mario Garcia worked in Italian restaurants for many years, as a waiter, then as a captain. All the while dreaming of opening his own place. He finally realized his dream when he opened Absolutely Mario. He was always very accommodating to the customers and no matter what they requested, his answer was “absolutely.” He follows that same philosophy in running his new restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing with Mario and his wife Consulo greeting customers in their warm and gracious way. The comfortable dining room is decorated with lots of wood and boasts a fireplace, colorful leaded glass accents and candles on the cloth covered tables. Regional Italian specialties fill the menu. Their signature dish is Absolutely Veal, a hearty dish of stuffed veal with prosciutto and cheese. We dined on a special of salmon with sweet grapes in a champagne sauce; pappardelle with prosciutto, mushrooms and tender chunks of chicken in a rich savory brown sauce; and silky artichoke stuffed with tasty seasoned breadcrumbs. The wine list has reasonably priced selections from Australia, California and Italy. Desserts are decadent treats and include chocolate mousse cake, cannolis, tiramisu and cold zabaglione over fresh berries. Mario has a love and passion for his restaurant which comes across when he talks to his customers. Is he glad his dream finally came true? ABSOLUTELY!
